Grilled Tunafish Subsandwich

>> Monday, May 25, 2009

I decided to make grilled tunafish submarine sandwich tonight!! I made two but I only ate one of the sandwich, and am going to bring it to work tomorrow for lunch.. It's easy to make this sandwich...
I first tasted grilled tumeric tunafish sandwich while I was in Amsterdam.. I really really love it!! It was so tasty.. I wish I could really copy the recipe, but I didn't.. Anyway, this is my own version of Tumeric tunafish sandwich.. I grilled it in my conventional oven toaster.. and it only takes like 10 minutes at 350F..
Then I ate salad after that to balance my dinner meal today.. Anyway, enjoy the sandwich.. Yummms!!!

Onions meaty casserole Dinner

.. thats a mouthful dinner for me tonight.. I got the recipe from Family Circle magazine minus the meat.. I modify the recipe by adding the meat to it.. The Original recipe was called: Onions and Cheese Bread Casserole..

Am not going to put the recipe here.. If you are interested, just click on the name of the recipe.. It's very easy to make... Since I cannot eat it all by myself.. I decided to give it away to my co workers tomorrow... ;)

Bakchoy Soup

>> Friday, May 01, 2009

Since I've got about 3 stalks of bakchoy, I decided to make this soup. It's savory bakchoy soup. The method of cooking for this soup is similar to most of the soups that I cooked here.. It's simple, and it didn't really need that much of ingredients.. All it needed was bakchoy, anchovies, onions, garlic, and other spices...

Anyway, I wish there's someone that I could share this with... unfortunately, I've no one.. So enjoy everyone!!!
