Chicken soup with couscous

Made this for dinner last evening.. It's couscous.. I thought of making normal white rice, but I decided to make couscous. It's more fluffy and lightweight compared to rice.. and it's suitable for sick person to eat... like me.. as am either having a cold or a flu right now.. So this food is great for person or persons who is/are sick... ;)

Tuna Casserole with Spinach

My meal for tonight!! I decided to cook this dish together with my spinach and the cheeses I bought from Holland, and string cheese I bought here.. It tasted so delished.. wish I have someone to eat it with.. Sometimes, it made me sad as I kept looking over his empty spot still empty.. I missed my husband... :(
