Hamburger & eggs sandwich

This is another version of the Malay snacks called Roti Jon... Well, this is my meal for tonight: DINNER!!!

Instead of using the french bread I used the round bread. I found it easier to use this type of bread rather than French or Italian bread.. All I needed to do was to cut the round bread into halves..

If you have any kind of bread that is expire, put them in the fridge because you can extend the expiration date to another 3 or 4 days... and made this kind of meal for your family... The bread won't go to waste especially in this time where the economy is sluggish.. can't waste food.. unless you've got plenty of $$$$ to spare..

Enjoy!!!
