I decided to make a special meal tonight for myself. The puff meat dessert is easy to make. I use the puff shell pastry and I follow the directions on the box. The directions would say that you don't use toaster oven, well, I used toaster oven to bake the shells at the temperature stipulated on the box for 20minutes. As for the filling, I use the curry puff fillings or any type of fillings you want to put in it!! Let it cool for 2 or 5 minutes or till it warm to touch.
As for the couscous, I just follow the directions on the box. It's easy to make couscous. Then I stir-fry the cooked couscous like Malay fried rice style.
