Minestrone


Dinner for one tonight.. Yummies!! First time in ... hmmm 10 months, I reckon, I made minestrone, a spicy one at that. It's so simple, you can make it spicy or not, but I accidentally made it too spicy tonight. I eat it with onion buns and salad. The ingredients: half can of dice tomatoes, half can of tomato sauce, small handful of uncooked navy beans (soak for a couple of hours), meat (here I use beef hot dog), green onions quarterly cut, salt & pepper, scallions sliced, and other secret ingredients. YES!!! I did it right this time around!! The only ingredients that I use to make the dough: All purpose flour, Ghee oil, and fine sugar. It works!! Instead of shaping them like a leaf, I shaped them like small little balls!! Then I sprinkle with icing sugar or powdered sugar.

Beware, it's soft when its hot so need to cool them before roll them in the powdered sugar.
