Beef Vegetable Soup

This soup is suitable for persons who are sick or after surgery. For muslims, please make sure that the canned soup has a 'U' demarkation, and read the ingredients on the can to be sure that it does not contain beef or chicken broth unless the canned soup has 'halal' demarkation on it. Since this vegetable soup has a high content of salt, I suggest that Wheat Thins Crackers which has only 70g of salt be used.
