Seafood Fried Spagetti
This recipe requires if you have lontong soup leftover.


Ingredients:

leftover lontong soup
8 cleaned and washed mussels
6 large prawns (cleaned)
Mixed vegetables (fresh)
1 tbsp minced onions
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp salt & pepper
1 tsp chilli paste
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 handful spagetti (par-boiled)

Equipment: large wok

Methods:
  1. Saute the onions, garlic, chilli paste and salt and pepper and stir gently.
  2. Pour 1/2 cup water into the wok and add oyster sauce. Stir gently for a few minutes.
  3. Add prawns and mussels. Cooked for a few minutes until the mussels are cooked. After that add the vegetables, and let it cooked for a few minutes.
  4. Add the par-boiled spagetti into the wok. Let it cooked for a few minutes. Then sprinkle sharp cheddar cheese over the cooked mixture if you like (Optional).
Note:
  • If you want the soup to be red in color, add some ketchup to the mixture.
  • You can eat the meal with fried breaded chicken . (Optional)
